Privacy Policy — Trinquéo

Trinquéo is a party game to play with friends. We take your privacy seriously: Trinquéo works 100% offline and requires no account. The player names you enter are only used to personalize the cards during the game and never leave your device. Only anonymous statistics and the feedback you choose to send go through our server (details below).

What stays on your device

The player names, your settings (packs, theme, no-alcohol mode) and your progress are stored locally on your device. This information:

• is never sent to our servers;
• is never sold, shared, or used for advertising;
• is erased if you delete the app.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store). We have no access to your payment information.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand how the app is used and improve it, Trinquéo periodically sends our server (api.mesrdv.fr, hosted in the European Union) anonymous, aggregated counters — for example: number of games started, number of cards seen, number of players. These statistics:

• are tied to a random installation identifier, not linked to your identity, device, or Apple account;
• contain no personal data (no player names);
• are aggregated (totals only, never a single user);
• can be turned off anytime in Settings → Community → "Help improve the app".

Ideas & feedback

If you submit an idea or vote via the "Suggest an idea / vote" screen, the text you write and your vote are sent to our server so we can read and prioritize them. This is voluntary — please don't include personal information. These contributions are tied to the same anonymous installation identifier, with no link to your identity.

Age requirement

Trinquéo contains references to alcohol consumption and is for adults only. The app offers a no-alcohol mode. Please drink responsibly.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Opt out of statistics: disable them in Settings → Community.
• Delete your data: delete the app (local data is erased).
• Deletion / access to anonymous statistics or feedback, or any question: contact@babapp.fr.
